[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] i bought the dishwasher in dec 2019. it is now april 2020 and i’ve used it maybe 5 times. the bottom rack gets fairly clean but you can’t wash anything on the top rack.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Doesn't clean the dishes.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been hand washing my dishes for a month now. Three service calls later and there is still visible food on the dishes after 3 hours, power wash and high temp.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Oh no, I'm sorry you had to go through this with your dishwasher. Thank you for sharing this review with us. It looks like the dishwasher is getting certain spots but missing other spots. This unit is a huge step up from our last model. We really like the look - stainless inside and out. It cleans great.
The insulation had/has a peculiar oder.
We'd but it again!
I would recommend this to a friend!

dishes come out exactly the same way they were before the wash ! tried rearranging, dif detergents , nothing works! very disappointed!

Should have bought this sooner.

So I needed a new dishwasher and after searching and looking decided this was the one for me. I have to say i'm very pleased with my decision. Easy install and even easier operation. Dishes no longer need to be clean before I wash them. I felt like my old washer was used mainly for sanitizing not washing. Samsung has done it right, Quiet, efficient and it just works! If all that wasn't enough it also has awesome capacity and the tones it gives off to let you know you have pressed a button or that the cycle is complete are such a comfort over the old buzzing i'm used to. I have challenged my Samsung washer to some very dirty dishes and it never stops amazing me.
Pros: Inexpensive, Durable
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's pretty BUT DOES NOT DRY

This dishwasher looks great, and is almost totally silent - but it DOES NOT DRY. Any review that says it does is either insane or works for Samsung. Dishes are drenched and there is standing water in the machine. I'm torn on the racks. Little prongs and open space easy to fit odd shapes in, but tall stuff falls over.
Pros: Bright display, Inexpensive, Realistic color, incredibly quiet
Cons: doesn't dry, odd racks, few cycle options
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Quiet operation

It took us a while to figure out the controls because it was so quiet compared to our old dishwasher. It was running and we did not even know it.
