Probably the worst dishwasher i ever had

this is probably the worst dishwasher i ever had. i was researching for a dishwasher that can dry well, and this one sure can! i didn't think that in 2021 i need to check weather it can wash the dishes as well... if something is not packed exactly as in the manual it will stay dirty. any other program than heavy will sure to leave things dirty. the 3rd rack is useless, anything put there will need another go on a lower rack. if your glasses are tall they need to go to the bottom rack because their bottom will be full with tiny ground up food particles baked on that you'll need to wash off in the sink because even a 2nd round can't get them off. a year later the gasket around the door started to come apart. if i use anything but the most expensive detergent, you guessed, dirty dishes.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Installed the dishwasher 1 year ago and for the second time in the last 12 months it has stopped working with a "Temperature Sensor error" code that requires a technician to come out and replace. When it runs, it is very quiet and does an excellent job cleaning dishes, but it breaks far to often to be considered reliable.
Cons: Poor quality, breaks often
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Not only is this the worst dishwasher we've ever owned, it's the worst appliance we've ever owned. I'd even go as far to say it's the worst product we ever owned. Did a marginal job when it did work. It's already broken twice on us. Would I recommend it to a friend? I wouldn't recommend it to an enemy.

Worst Dishwasher Imaginable

This is a poor excuse for a dishwasher. If you purchase it you will have to wash your dishes twice and when you remove them , you will have to wash them again.
Glasses , silverware, ceramic , or porcelain dishes , having been rinsed well prior to being put in the dishwasher all come out with food stains and food particles on them. It belongs off the market. IMine is new . It does NOT CLEAN DISHES.

This is the worst appliance purchase I've ever made.
The racks are strangely arranged and collapse (intentional feature, but why?).
The silverware caddies are tiny.
When you start it, it may complete the cycle, it may not, you get to find out later.
There is no heating element, so dishes don't feel clean when the cycle actually decides to complete.

The worst purchase we have ever made.

My husband and I bought this dishwasher when we recently moved into a new house. We should have kept using thee 20 year old one the house came with because even it worked ten times better than this expensive piece of junk. The only good thing I can say about it is that it looks nice. It does a horrible job cleaning dishes and leaves a lot of residue behind. We have tried all kinds of detergents and rinse aids, nothing helps. In addition to that, the door broke after around 4 months in. Save the headache, do not buy this dishwasher! We will no longer be buying Samsung appliances anymore.
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality
