Sensor Problems

Had nothing but electronic problems with this unit. I have replaced the ecs sensor and the dishwasher worked for 3 months, then I replaced the circuit board and it worked for 2 months, so I replaced the flow sensor and it quit working after 2 months. These parts were Samsung parts. Beware of this dishwasher.
Pros: ouside & inside nice, quiet if it runs
Cons: Did not meet expectations
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

After 3 repairs - Dishwasher quit rinsing dishes

We bought Model #DW80F600UTS two years ago. Within the 1st 6 months we had two repairs made. The second year we had a third. Now it does not rinse dishes on top rack or dry them. This was a mid priced unit that we expected to last a lot longer than 2 years. Very disappointed.
Pros: Bright display
Cons: Did not meet expectations, Poor quality, not drying or rinsing

i get on line to register my dishwasher that i bought december 2020 and it says that my warranty has expired oct 2020. what??? i then downloaded my receipt information to send to them and it does nothing. i am so upset right now. i just want to register my dishwasher. i have tried to email and all i get is some robo person, that is not asking the right questions to help me. it is very frustrating. i just want help. i have my receipt and everything. so far i like the dishwasher, but obviously i have only had it for a month exactly. i hope that someone will help me, i will try to call the phone number and get this problem resolved.

Dishwasher won't drain properly - OC

bought dishwasher with other kitchen appliances on 9/30/2020. product didn't ship to home depot until 11/20/2020. installed day before thanksgiving. first failure on new years eve. oc warning, which is tub over water level (draining problem). it took 2 weeks to get scheduled due to service technician waiting for parts, on site visit 1/19/2021 revealed that there was a problem with pump, and drain hose. service technician indicated that this is a reoccurring problem due to pump size being designed to small. replaced both pump and hose on 1/27/20. however, got another oc warning (same problem) on 2/3/2021.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

You are only paying for the name

if you think you’re paying that little extra so you can have a better and longer lasting product than you’re mistaken. just shy of 4 months with our new samsung dishwasher and it wont even power on. all breakers and outlets are functioning propery, power is getting to the unit. the button pad just flat out quit. looked it up on third party forums and samsung support and its the number 1 issue that pops up, apparently very common for them to just stop turning on. absolutely disappointed.

StormWash Dishwasher Disappointed

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought and used the machine for less than a year (~10 mon) and it never cleaned well. I was used to a higher end unit and compared to my prior unit (different OEM) the Samsung dishwasher needed dishes complete rinsed (and still left debris on cups, etc.). It was quite frustrating and finally it started displaying OC-8 (or something like that) error codes which mean not enough water or clogged out water way (all checked many times) and it the error never went away. Opted to buy a new machine and stop messing with it. Warranty was over by the time I called. In fact, I would not even want the warranty TBH.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
