I've every For Today CD (including the ones they self produced) and this one is their best. Each CD has been an improvement on the last so I wasn't overly surprised that they'd managed to do it yet again. The music is tight, the vocals are strong, the lyrics are great. It's the best CD in the genre. Check it out!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Strong from Beginning to End
What's not so great: At only 35 minutes, it seems a bit short.
I've enjoyed every album that For Today puts out. Portraits was played countless times and every song is great on that album.
For Today continues the same lyrical power and showcases their brutal technical abilities in Breaker. Breaker feels more urgent, more aggressive, but in a good way. You will feel chills at certain moments while listening to this album. The passion that goes into their music is unmatched.
The album includes a poem that is woven in between songs that tie the album together nicely.
Highly recommended band to see live if you get a chance. The energy and power felt in their studio albums gets multiplied and forced into every person in the crowd.
I would recommend this to a friend!

For Today continues to prove themselves to be one of the most talented metal bands touring today. This album is their third release to date and is a vast improvement over their previous work and is solid from beginning to end.
For fans of Metal and Heavy spirit filled rock music. Listeners who enjoy The Devil Wears Prada, Underoath, Norma Jean, and heavy music in general should thoroughly appreciate this release. For Today gives an unabashed, unadulterated approach to worship through music.
