Does not work with my new laptop that I purchased at the same time. I am still trying to find a stylus that will work with the HP Envy 360

This pen works, unless you bought the wrong pen

I don't usually buy a product which has an overall 2.3 rating, but I did with this product. I spent fair amount of time figuring out which pen works with my laptop and this was my conclusion. Majority of the negative reviews are from those who lack patience to figure out which pen is compatible with their laptop. When checking compatibility, use your full model number (Mine is HP ENVY X360 15t-w200) The newer laptop models use different technology/protocol for pen input, I guess this pen is for relatively older models. I bought my laptop on Dec 2016
This one has 255 pressure levels
Two buttons - 1 for erasing, 1 for selecting (but not sure how to select)
Some may complain that the threshold to make a stroke is more, I think they made it like that in order to get the feeling of an actual pen. IMO it feels more natural. You can also see that the nib can actually move inwards a bit, so it is by design.
Some might say buttons are easy to get pressed accidentally. That is true if you don't hold it in the correct position, but I don't think that is a very big deal. The advantage is that the buttons are easily accessible.
The pen can be attached to metals just like surface pen, but my laptop does not have any metallic holder !!

Good product - works well with my Envy x360 laptop

I've read reviews where it wouldn't work with an Envy so was hesitant to buy but decided I could always return it if it didn't.
I had no issues at all and didn't hear the clicking sound some people were talking about. Used it on a coloring app to see how it works and it was great. Practiced in OneNote. Like the pen and recommended it to a friend who has the Envy also.
Easy to write with and pressure was fine.
I would recommend this to a friend!
