Trouble with consistent cooling & seal

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We've had a repairman to the house 3 times for icemaker, melting in frozen food section, stuck light switch, frosting on frozen foods, inconsistent temperatures in refrigerator portion.
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Weird veggie drawers

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Last year we replaced all of our appliances and were somewhat limited as we did not want to replace or alter cabinets. This refrigerator fit perfectly in the space we had, with just a minor tweak to the cabinet above. We have found that the counter depth works well for us - stuff doesn't hide in the back as it sometimes does with a full depth fridge. The only thing we don't like is the middle veggie drawer. This drawer is so tiny that it is almost useless. Would be better with 2 larger drawers.

I bought this fridge because I'd read it was quiet. And it was. For a week. Now it's just like all the others, humming and buzzing and clicking, a little more loudly all the time. I like everything else about the fridge pretty well.
Pros: Style/Design, easy to use
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Exactly What I Wanted

I like that this model doesn't have an ugly ice dispenser in the door. It is sleek but affordable, and the quality is excellent.

A solid, great fridge with a few little quirks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We like our fridge, it holds a lot for it's counter depth size and the movable shelves make it easy to accommodate any items that need to be refrigerated. Overall it's great, but just a few oddities to note....the meat and cheese drawer spans the entire bottom shelf, which means you have to open both doors in order to open the drawer...not sure why they didn't split it like the other drawers. The icemaker works well, however not the fastest, and the way the bucket that holds the ice is designed, it often spits one or two ice cubes out the back of the bin resulting in an unintended ice dispenser when you open the freezer drawer...an ice cube or two lands on the floor when you open the freezer. Other than that, the fridge is quiet, energy efficient and keeps things cold, which is exactly what I need in my fridge.
Pros: Performance

I purchased a counter-depth SS without ice/water dispenser on door. Simple. Did not function properly within 24 hours of delivery. Made ice, then it was a bucket of water. No freezing. Went through reset with iPhone, made ice that night. Next morning, bucket of water as it all melted. Refrig was cold one day and warm the next. Will have it removed and uncertain if I will replace it with another or move to a different brand. Would eliminate middle drawer as it takes up space. Would make drawers deeper to accommodate fruits & veg better. Looks good, but doesn't work well. Maybe too smart for its own good.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Beautiful Refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’ve been using my LG refrigerator for over a month and it’s very pleasing to the eye. I love how the top shelf has the receding feature to allow for bigger items (ex. Gallon of milk height)! One thing I’d like to change is the way the shelves can be adjusted... it’s limited. I could not put a Brita Water container in it that had more than an 8 cup capacity.

Excellent fridge

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband likes the French door style so all the refrigerated food is at eye level. I wanted to have a gallon size milk jug to fit in the door and adjustable shelves that are very secure. We also wanted the width size deli door to not be flimsy or have a pop up top that could get broken. I was concerned that the freezer seemed small at first but it can really hold a lot of food.
We chose this brand because our local appliance store has a great delivery policy and will service this unit if we need it. Are sales associate who was formerly a repair technician recommended this brand over other manufactures that he was constantly repairing.
Love the clean look of the stainless steel without any water dispenser.
