We Love Our New LG

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love our new LG French Door Refrigerator. The doors work so well and easy to open then our old magnetic strip doors. And, usually one doesn’t have to know which door to open except when looking for something in the door. It is good to have more depth of the space in the door then our old job for reaching things. Having the door shelve wide enough for a gallon of milk is a real space and reach saver. The ice maker in the freezer drawer is really great as it eliminates a lot of floor messes when running our old in door model. Having the cubes come out individually and more compact is so much better then several stuck together. We have a small plastic scoop right in the drawer to get ice.

Great counter depth option

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this months ago when we started the kitchen renovation and now that it’s in and we’ve been using it for a bit, we’re delighted with its use of space and great features. Our galley kitchen works so much more efficiently with this fridge. One drawback is it can’t really be leveled front to back, which is apparently intentional. The other is that our mostly LG kitchen and laundry room has more different chimes it can be annoying - fridge just has the door open alert, which is the least annoying and most helpful.

Thought this would be a quality refrigerator and am extremely disappointed that in only 9 months it stopped cooling and freezing.I purchased this based on LG's reputation as a quality maker and have really been let down.
Pros: ease of use

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After going without a refrigerator for 12 days and researching new refrigerators that entire time my wife and I agreed that the LG model LFC21776D was the one we wanted. It turned out to be the best decision we've made. Being "counter-depth" it saves us valuable space. The tall shelves on the right door hold a total of 6 half gallon containers. Smaller shelves hold A LOT of condiment type stuff. Of course this ends up freeing up a lot of space on the adjustable shelves. No water or ice in the door suits us perfect. It really gives a clean look to the outside. We access ice maker by pulling out freezer drawer. Ice bin is easy to get to. We use a scoop to get ice out. Ice production is great even on the normal setting. All in all this refrigerator is a home run for us. Every day my wife says to me "I love our refrigerator!" When the wife is happy everyone is happy. Thank you LG!

A welcomed upgrade for our old top freezer model. It is actually a little more shallow than the old one, but much wider. A tight (but good) fit in the 36” wide space. So nice to have everything up at eye level, no more bending down to find things in the bottom (back) of the fridg.

it is very quiet running, only hear the ice maker when it cycles. Storage spaces are well designed for everything we store.

Only negative is that this counter depth model did not come with the filtered water dispenser on the inside like the full depth model.........and was more expensive. But I can live without that.

And the freezer lets us keep the most-used meats and other products close at hand, while our main freezer holds everything else. We love how easily we can move shelves around to make room for extra tall containers, especially the adjustable "half" shelf. Keep up the good work LG.

The size and design of the inside allows me to keep all of my food nicely organized without overcrowding. Exteriorly I appreciate the low-profile of the handles which eliminates my clothes from snagging on them and also prevents my dogs heads from hitting any corners. My favorite feature though is how quiet it is, I can't hear it running at all!
Overall very pleased with this purchase and highly recommend it to anyone in the market for a counter-depth fridge.
