Just what we wanted

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We were limited in fridge choice by size and this one fits the bill. It cools evenly and efficiently. The freezer has tons of space and the ice maker works great. Love that some shelves are adjustable. The only downsides are that the crisper drawers are a little small, and you have to open both fridge doors to access the slide and serve drawer.

A few glitches but OK overall

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We bought this a few weeks ago and the first problem was that the max height to the top of the hinge (shown in the specs as 69 3/4) was off on one side by about +1/4 inch. It rubbed the 70 inch cabinet opening when the installer slid it in, but just makes it. We used the front leveler leg to jack up the other side to level. Second problem: the sensor arm on the ice maker did not come down at all, and the ice maker was extremely slow in making cubes. We called our dealer, and the technician resolved this today (we hope) by pressing the "test" button. If would be nice if that were mentioned in the manual, saving us the inconvenience of poor ice production and ice cube overflow when we let it produce ice for three days to fill the bin. The interior layout is pretty good, with the exception of the lowest shelves on each door. The larger shelves just above these for gallon containers come out a few farther and make it difficult to see and get at what's in the lower shelves. We like the clean exterior appearance, and interior lighting, and it's a shame these glitches occurred or our rating would be at least 4.

So far we really like it. The fridge part is spacious, but the freezer part is pretty small. Freezing meal prep items or larger volume of sale items is not an option anymore. But it works for our small family.

Excellent product.quiet although you can hear the ice maker when it cycles out the ice not an issue to me. My issues: Ice maker will continue to produce ice unless you turn it off. i.e. could lead to ice spilling out of the tray. Minor concern about the door closing. questioning if it will last.

Vastly Improved

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Fourteen years ago, we bought an early version of this unit. This new version is much superior. There is a more solid feel to the doors; the interior light takes up less room; and there is more space in the door shelves.
There is one glitch: The notch at the rear of the ice tray seems to have no purpose or function, and it allows an ice cube to fall through it to the bottom of the unit or the floor..
