Totally disappointed with service!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've been without my LG fridge for nearly 30 days now! I've had THREE service providers contact me ON the day of my appointments, that they DO NOT support my fridge in my state! Something that would've REALLY helped for LG to know, before scheduling and rescheduling THREE different service providers. I finally contacted a repair service in my area and now they, the service/repair provider, is notifying me that without an LG approved account #, I will have to pay them for the service and repair, NOT LG! I'm sincerely disappointed by the LG brand, service and quality of customer service...
Pros: Style/Design
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Great Buy

We checked out all the brands before we bought the LG French door. It is a beautiful addition to our new kitchen. The space is amazing. Very well laid out inside. Plenty of room for our needs. It is a great value in this day and time. No problems found with this fridge. We love it.
Pros: Performance, Features/Settings, Quality, Style/Design, easy to use

A cook's best friend

I researched refrigerators for over 2 months. I had a budget, so I didn't expect to get all the bells and whistles, but I got an awesome refrigerator anyway.
I didn't want stainless steel because of the fingerprints and it's a pain to clean, but while I was in the store, I put my hand on the surface of this refrigerator and was shocked to find that it didn't get marked up very easily. I am happy I did end up getting the stainless, it's beautiful.
I really love everything about this refrigerator. The size, the amount of room, the drawers inside, the amount of light, the freezer, the ice maker and the quiet. It is so quiet you don't even know it's running. Such a change from my last refrigerator.
On top of it all, this refrigerator is rated a tier III, which means it uses less energy than most others. I had a side by side before this that had water and ice on the door. It was convenient, but I don't miss it at all. This refrigerator is everything I could possibly want.
I cook a lot and I buy a lot of fresh produce. I have noticed that the food stays fresher longer and nothing gets lost inside because it is spacious and so well lit. I know where everything is. The shelves on the doors hold a multitude of items. I've been able to organize it so well, it is a cook's best friend. I have no complaints about this refrigerator, only compliments. I would recommend this highly to friends and family.

Just what we wanted

We wanted exactly this type of fridge, French Door, Freezer on the bottom, and not through the door water or Ice. This model gave us all this with a really useful interior design and a lot more room that its size seems to imply. It runs quiet, and efficiently and not least it came through the rather small entryway to our kitchen that no other similar capacity would do

This is the best refrigerator I've ever had. Just the right size for us. We love the compartments and deli storage. The inside doors are awesome. Lots of room. We really love that the freezer is on the bottom, and the ice cubes are small squares, not the usual half-moon shaped ones that get stuck in your glass, and it seems ice-flow always gets you and your drink ends up on your shirt. Love everything about this refrigerator.

Refrigerator far exceeded my expectations
Looks fabulous, Works great - all functions perform top notch; Plenty of room in fridge section. Bottom Freezer is a bit of an adjustment - but getting there! I totally recommend this refrigerator.

Love it... Bought this unit 3 - 4 yrs ago....used it about 2 yrs , then stored it for a yr....Using it again now in new house and it works like the day we bought it....Love this box...
