We hate you are having a difficult time with the filter. Please see the video that was created to help with how to change that filter. ^AC https://www.lg.com/us/support/product-help/CT10000021-1366832664072-installating-water-filter
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very happy with this product. You can see everything because it is wide and shallow, so no more losing food in the back of the fridge.
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The counter- depth interior perfect size, very functional and flexible but stainless steel exterior surface difficult to clean & has rust flecks
Bought a month ago counter depth fine the fridge sets well finger prints bad The only thing I dont like us the most tray having to open both doors to get items out But others would l I'll ke it
Pros: Style/Design, ease of use, Features/Settings
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The freezer is hard to find anything without having to move everything. Baskets might help.
Pros: Style/Design
I would recommend this to a friend!

Great fridge for a fantastic price

We absolutely love this fridge. The amount of room inside really surprised us. We thought originally that because it was a counter depth unit we would have to sacrifice space inside but it was just the opposite. There isn't anything that we don't like about it.
