Great looking refrigerator

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted a counter depth refrigerator so it would not stick out far past the edge of my counter top. I researched, read reviews and compared with others of this French door style.
I’m so happy with my selection of this LG model. It looks great, I like the way the interior is laid out with slim ice maker in door vs. taking up space inside refrigerator. I use the water & ice dispenser often and had to replace the water filter after about 9 months.
Pros: Style/Design, Features/Settings, Quality

This is only 2 years old and I am having issues with an error message for the freezer fan. This should not be happening on a 2 yer old refrigerator. I am not happy with it at all. I saw online the 2019 & 2019 models now have a 3 year parts and labor warranty from LG. Mine is a 2017 this does not inspire confidence, instead it looks like LG knows there are problems with these models.

Does the job

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This refrigerator Is just okay. It came with the house we bought and was brand new, but the ice maker never worked properly, dispute resetting it multiple times and trying other methods of trouble shooting. Of course the ice maker was out of warranty and LG wouldn’t replace it. The top draw in the freezer also falls off it’s rack quite easily. The water spout in the door is also placed very awkwardly and can result in water all over the floor if you’re not careful, or of a guest isn’t familiar with your fridge.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After using my LG Frig for awhile and after having the lower freezer drawer freeze closed on us and other on going issues with the drawer we decided never again to purchase a frig with a drawer. Doors on freezer is a better fit for our household.

It was a super quiet, cabinet depth model; but, now it just sits in the kitchen waiting to go to the dump. My mother always says, "if you can't say anything nice about the subject, don't say anything at all"! So, I guess I'll just end the review now.

Great Item!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought a house 3 months ago and the sellers offered for me to purchase the appliances in the house, so I did. I love this fridge! I'm pretty sure it's been in the house for about 6-7 years, but it's been very well taken care of and it's been great so far. I agree with others though when they say the water dispenser is in an off place. I think they could've done better on this, but I've gotten used to it! I've never had a bad issue with any LG product.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Less Features than 6 year old modle

I bought this a month ago, replacing a 6 year old model. This model appeared to be the same but a lot less storage drawers. Just this week the water dispenser started leaking. Hopefully not a lemon.

Counter depth is the best feature
