I love this refrigerator! Overall very happy with it's performance. My experience with LG has been fantastic. From product quality to customer service. I own an OLED LG tv as well that has also been a wonderful product. I will surely be considering LG for future purchases.
Consumer- focused design. all shelves and drawers are perfectly placed, very easy to remove for cleaning or to rearrange layout. Drawers, Shelves, bins, body all clean/wipe easily. Ice maker works great but I wish cubes were a little bigger. excellent cooling, double drawer freezer is a big plus. lots of air vents in both freezer drawer promoted great cooling. bottom large freezer drawer is easy to take out and clean, on door control pad lights up when touched. great automatic filter change needed, reminder. 7 yrs and no problem,

Compressor Issues

I am actually very disappointed in my LG Refrigerator. I just had to replace the compressor which cost me over $800 in labor. It seems to be a recurring issue with LG refrigerators and labor is not covered under their warranty. Expensive fix….

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The frig works fine. But the high charge for one hr work to replace something that was already under warranty was extremely high. I was charged even before the worker comes to my home.
