Worst purchase ever’

I have had nothing but problems with this refrigerator!
It has been freezing my food since it was delivered. They will not replace it, they just keep sending a repair person out and I have to take my time to be here for the repair person. They have just about replaced everything that could be replaced on the refrigerator and it is still freezing my food. I bought it brand new over 8 months ago and it has never worked properly. I will never buy another product from LG again the absolutely worst service. I am going through the attorney generals office now.

Freezer not working and now top portion

This refrigerator has givien me problems. The spring on the door I keep replacing but door not closing good and now the freezer and tío portion not working

Don’t buy.

Completely stopped cooling. Also ran into the ice machine stop working twice. Too expensive to repair. Just bought a Frigidaire. Just waiting for my other LG appliances to stop waiting.

The most frustrating ice maker and water dispenser

Although I love the aesthetic look and design of this fridge, the troubles and hassles I have had with the water dispenser and ice maker are just not worth it. Almost everyone who uses the water dispenser for the first time manages to spray water all over themselves and the floor. The ice maker jams about every third time it is used, and is an annoyance and hassle. This purchase has just been a huge disappointment.

Great Refrigerator, terrible Ice Maker

We purchased the SS French Door, Counter Depth Refrigerator and loved everything about it except the Ice Maker. The Ice Maker id TOO small for a family and over the last 18 months the ice maker has failed. Worse than just the failure is that it is very difficult to find someone to repair the ice maker.

Love the look, not the functionality

I am disappointed that after spending thousands of dollars on a refrigerator, it is freezing my homegrown produce. I have had service people out three times in two months and have been told that there is nothing they can do because of the design of the unit - location of the ice maker within the door. Seems LG should have figured this out before it went on the market.
Also, there is not a ton of space in this thing once you start loading it up.
Pros: Performance
