Paper part can't be cleaned

Cheap. Can't clean tomato sauce grease etc off paper reflector

Hello, Rakestraw! I am sorry to hear that your waveguide cover was damaged. Our records indicate we mailed you a replacement at no charge. The manual suggests covering foods while cooking to reduce splatters. You can wipe the waveguide cover gently. Wipe the microwave oven inside and out with a soft cloth and a warm (not hot) mild detergent solution. Then rinse and wipe completely dry. ~ Brandi

Door is very stiff

The microwave is fine and looks good, but the door is very stiff, so it's a little loud to open and close. I feel like I'm going to break the door. Also, it beeps 3 times when finished, even if you already have the door open. Annoying.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Frigidaire Microwave

This microwave is in a home we bought new, so it was chosen by the builder. We are very pleased with the model. I like the "add 30 seconds" feature by touching the start button. I also like the fact that you can heat for 1, 2, or 3 minutes by touching that number on the keypad. The only thing that is sort of a good/bad thing is the chiming when the food is done. It's great that it reminds you, but the chiming can be annoying.

I have only had it for 2 months now, but I can say it works well so far. It heats up you food very quickly!!!

My old microwave would not heat any more. The parts needed to repair cost more than the purchase of my now new Frigidaire microwave. Now all my kitchen appliances match, all are Frigidaire! Microwave looks and works great. It has been in use for just over a month, and I have no complaints at all.
