[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Came with our new house. If I had to choose, I'd pay for the next model up to get a door that closes more quietly and a end-of-cycle beeper that would turn off when the door is opened.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This microwave came from the builder. It makes an obnoxiously loud sound when closing. Definitely could use some engineering to make it quieter. The beeping for items ready is over the top obnoxious as well. I need to look in the manual to see if I can lessen the volume. It is pretty powerful, so I have to adjust a bit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
