Good product just door closes loudly

No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I️ bought this microwave about 4 months ago and it’s been wonderful. I’ve had several microwaves before this one and it’s the best for sure. I love how quiet it is!

Horrible - must be defective

Bought a new home 2.5 years ago with this as the option that came with the home. I was smart enough to select my stove and fridgerator, but kept the standard microwave and dishwasher. Albeit, I moved in 12 days before my child was born, so very sleep deprived, the microwave sounds horrible and it still does to this day. I feel like my brain is being nuked to mush and I hate using it. It sounds sooooo loud. Also, 1 thing I did notice is every basic microwave has an option to turn the turntable on and off. This one you can't turn it off, so if you have a large rectangle pan, it clanks against the sides over and over.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
