Poor Performance

The microwave came with the home I bought thru DR Horton and as of today still has problem with the microwave. When I put a frozen item, the steam of the microwave goes out to my cabinets on top dripping water all over the stove below . I never experience this with any microwave I had in the past. The door closing is very loud.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It Works

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This model was included with my house and where it works just fine, I wish it could be configured differently or allow me to set my own presets. When the food is done, it very loudly gives you 3 long, noisy beeps which doesn’t stop when you open the door. You have to push the cancel button which is very annoying. If I could have chosen the model in my house, I would have picked something differently.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
