[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not Surprised to find this as a discontinued item. New product in a new home already out of service. Waiting on parts for 2 plus weeks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It came with the house in which I have just moved in. So far it is working fine. However, I noticed its beep noise is too loud and it does beep several times when the food is ready. They should have provided some option to disable this noise. Also, mesh on the glass is too thick to see anything inside.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Trying again. Worst design feature ever. Microwave has 3 very long, very loud beeps at the end that you cannot interrupt. If you don't stop it, it takes about 11 seconds. Epic design fail.
