[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] It is our first time with a built-in microwave oven and we like it very much. Just one exception. The door mechanism is tight and closing it is noisy. Must use two hands to avoid noise.

Loose mesh filter and door

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Mesh metal fan filter has fallen off a couple times. Luckily it didn't fall into food below. Also, door is not on straight. Otherwise works well.

Good enough

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Several reviews said the ending tone was loud and obnoxious so I expected the worse but it really isn't that bad. There doesn't seem to be much difference in the low and high fan and I do wish the light had a low and high. The door is hard to open but I've noticed that on many of the newer microwaves.

Great Microwave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We haven't had any issues with our microwave and we've had it for over a year. Everything about it works great, it's not too powerful or too weak, and foods heat evenly. We use the light and the fan often.
