Terrible product

Purchased a year and a half ago and has already died. We remodeled our entire kitchen with Frigidaire refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, and microwave. We have regretted that decision with the microwave.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Easy to clean, large interior, LOUD alert sounds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My husband bought this as a surprise for me since we are switching out the kitchen with all new appliances. This was a floor model, but in great condition. The features fit our needs, and I especially like the LOUD alert sounds when the timer is ready- I can hear it in the living room over the sounds of the tv. The lights are bright and not that muddy yellowish that our old microwave had. All in all, we are very pleased with this purchase.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Works well

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] the microwave works well and maybe it is just the one we got but my only complaint is that I can't see into it. I'm wondering if the screening is misaligned but other than that it works well.

This model does feature an interior light, but it has black tinted trim around the window and a protective mesh on the interior that may obstruct your view while cooking. Microwave it!

Poor quality

I had this microwave installed 2 years ago and it has been falling apart. The door has been breaking to pieces every time it's opened. The glass falls out of the bottom.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Crappie junk

Perfect example of being cheap about the interface. Could have spent a tiny bit mor e programming time to get something comfortable, like DON"T have extended beeps ( or at all ). Extremely annoying looooong beeps at the end of running. Door is hard to open / close. Have to slam it / jerk it open. Fan very loud. Doesn't seem to draw much, either. This might be the reason it is discontinued.
