I bought this Microwave 11 months ago and have had to replace the door due to a seal was leaking in the door causing fog between the glass. They did replace it with no problems.

Cooks well but vent system doesn't work well

The microwave was chosen by our builder. We didn't argue as we knew Frigidaire was a top brand name. All of the appliances put in are Frigidaire and work great, except the microwave. Yes, the long lasting beeping even after you open the door was right away an annoyance. I can get over that and we have. Cooks food wonderfully! The lack of ability to vent from the top of the stove I can't get over. I was convinced the blower was not installed correctly so the company who sold and installed it came out today and looked at it and said everything is functioning properly and that this microwave just isn't a good option for venting. Awesome! Should have done my homework! I did just review all the reviews and I can't find anyone else with the same problem! The whole main floor fills up with a haze when using the stove top and trying to use the microwave to vent. The front of the microwave gets horrible condensation on it when you have steam coming from a pot and of course gets on all the cabinets! I am so worried we will ruin our wood cabinets and the front of the microwave. Ugh I wish I had options!

my microwave is melted. I didn't know what happened but I bought the house came with it. The microwave was on top of range and the buttons and selections no longer functioning and the surface was melted due to the heat over cooking, you can see the plate are bent.
I am worried to buy another one will end up the same problem. I don't know if I can fix them or what should I do.
