[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this product based on the name brad and was very disappointing from the add. I lost lost of simple features. No upgrade, went backwards.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I love the beeper that reminds you that you just reheated your coffee, if you happen to not hear it, it repeats. Saves me money on wasted coffee! The design is sleek and blends in seamlessly with my other stainless steel appliances. This is a happy addition to my home!

WOULD NOT BUY AGAIN... PROBLEMS FROM THE START

This came with a fully renovated home in Jan 2017. From the 1st 6 mos., every time I accidentally opened the door while it was running it blew the circuit. I've had 2 electricians look @ the wiring & the issue is not that. The fuse was even changed. Nope, it's the microwave. So, since I didn't want to go buy a new one, i've been vigilant about hitting the stop button or waiting until it stops on its own. Today I hit start & it blew. After the 5th time I've given up. When i reset the breaker, I can open the door & the light is on, but don't even think about hitting start !!! So, now I have a worthless paperweight that lights up when I open the door. ☹️
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Disappointed in product

Builder installed when house was built 3 years ago and every time i hit the start button the breaker blows!! I see this is a common problem with this microwave i am very surprised Frigidaire will not own up to this issue with there product! Will never buy a Frigidaire product!
