This microwave is easy to use and easy to clean. It is large enough for anything I have ever needed it for and it was simple to install. The only thing I can say could be improved is the fan for ventilation does not work as well as I would like. it is better than having none though which is what I had before.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Cheaply made

Pros: Nice look in kitchen. Heats food very well, although a bit noisy when running. Venting is reasonable and acceptable. Price is right and love the appearance.
Cons: Cheaply made. Specifically the door. The door sounds like a tin box and the door hinges and latch mechanisms are of very poor quality. The door hinges aren't solid and are loose after 4 months of use. A sound deadener is definitely needed when closing the door.
The timer alarm has a very weak sound level and is easily overlooked when the alert goes off.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Love this microwave other than: the door has splatters between the black mesh and the glass!!!! HOW DO I CLEAN IT??? Have contacted customer service regarding this problem as it is NOT mentioned in the manual.

Very Noisy Beeper

This model have 3 LOUD beeps when the cycle is over...there is no option in manual to stop this annoying beeps.

The microwave functions fine but the very annoying beeps drive me crazy. If they would stop when you open the door I would rate it higher but the beeps continue for a four count and the tone is also very annoying.

Finish alarm

This is a nice powerful microwave. My only complaint with this unit is the alarm that goes off at the end of it cycle. It give three long blasts even if you open the door and remove the food. I have to hurriedly try to hit the stop button before the timer ends to outsmart the alarm.
I would recommend this to a friend!

It's a bear to install we must have drilled eight holes --even with the template. The cooking power is wonderful .The touch pad is a not sensitive enough and you have to really punch the numbers to make them work. It looks great. I wish you had another rating beside " It's amazing or would not recommend. It's a good microwave just s couple of small issues with the installation nd touchpad
