Completely broke in under 2 years

I moved into a new house December 2017. This was purchased along with the entire matching set of Stove/oven, refrigerator and dishwasher... This product has always been something cheap even tho it costs a great deal of money. The door was always hard to open and easily close, very loud too. Well it's October 2019 and it just completely stopped working and won't turn on, warmed up my babies milk bottle, and it popped my circuit breaker after just opening the door. Now it doesn't even turn on. Frigidaire isn't anything good anymore, after owning the other matching stainless steel appliances.... I feel as tho my fridge and dishwasher could be next, those just don't feel made of good qaulity.

Completely useless within two and a half years

This microwave came in our newly built home and was manufactured in April 2017. Within the last 6 months, we have spent a good amount of money to fix the same issue twice and replace the same part, just for the issue to happen again, and we are refusing to spend more money to fix the same issue a third time, just for it to continue happening. (When pausing time to open the microwave during cooking, it will break a part within the microwave and the microwave will go completely dead until that part is replaced again). When attempting to resolve the issue, the Fridigedaire customer support agent just simply suggested that "we do not open the microwave door until time has been cancelled out or make sure we pull the center of the handle rather than the bottom." However, this is a common practice to stop cooking halfway through time to stir/flip food. This practice should not be breaking an almost new microwave.

Terrible appliance

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased my home in 2017 and the early part of 2019 the microwaved stopped working. I called Frigidaire and wes informed that my warranty had passed. Had to buy a cheap counter top microwave in the mean time. Now I will have to purchase a new Over the Range Microwave . Not sure if I want a Frigidaire.

Annoying three beeps

Product works fine except for these loud three beeps when the food is done and no way to turn it off that I can find !!!!!

When our microwave quit, I sought the exact (but newer) item. Little did I realize that it would become the most avoided appliance in the kitchen rather than the "go-to" appliance. I actually find myself turning on a burner to cook something on the stove-top so I can avoid hearing those ANNOYING and environment DISTURBING beeps. I've tried every kind of Google search and manual instruction to find some way to stop or quiet them to no avail. I would never buy this appliance again.

Overpriced

This microwave must be powered by an old Atari microprocessor. You can only do one thing at a time. For instance, can't cook and use the timer at the same time.

Short lived

I've had cheap counter top microwave that have lasted over ten years. I've had this thing less than five years. Along with not being able to cook and use the timer, it continued to run when the door was closed and started to smoke and shut itself off. It came back on after some time and continued to run if you closed the door. It finally stopped but now it doesn't heat anything up. I'm going back to cheap counter tops.

The door is hard to open and very loud opening and closing. It has only 3 express buttons instead of 6. The vent screen keeps falling out. The light feature only has one function, high, not high and low. The turntable cannot be turned off. Some dishes don't work on a turntable. Very dissappointed . Also, when done you have to manually stop it or it keeps beeping. Most microwaves stop beeping when you open the door.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
