One thing I would change

Microwave is awesome except the one thing I would change is the volume of the beeping when it's done and that if you forget to push cancel before you open the door you can't silence the beeping anymore it really is loud and annoying. Everything else is awesome!

I love that the start button is a 30 second heating button also. The beverage button is a also very handy

I was extremely disappointed with this microwave.
I broke in about 6 months. The defect was that it would not turn off without unplugging it. I also wish there was a way to silence the annoying beep. My last microwave had an option to turn off the beep.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

It works, but.......

It does what its suppose to. But once the timer goes off, it beeps 3 looooonngg beeps. And once it starts its sequence, you can not stop it from beeping. Really annoying. Also we have had it for 3 months and the touch pad is coming apart. Will be contacting customer service regarding this. Hopefully it can get corrected.....
