This product works good. I would not recommend because when the food is done the microwave beeps for about 3 seconds and you cannot hit any buttons to stop it, you cannot start anything until it is done. It drives me nuts! I end up sitting by the microwave so I can stop it before it is done.

It does a good job of heating, but the key pad is cranky and must be touched just right to work.

Poor engineering

I am very disappointed that the buttons are hard to push, you can't use the timer at the same time as cooking something, and the beeper continues to beep three times even when you open the door, meanwhile you can't use any buttons until the three beeps finish. Annoying! I should have returned right away, now I'm stuck with it.

Works well & How to stop the 3 dings

The first one we got had something wrong with it. It kept throwing the circuit breaker. This one, identical to the first one, works well. And we did not have any hassle having it replaced. When it is done, if you push the STOP button before you open the door, the 'dinger' will stop it's dinging.
