Beeping could not be worse

This model works great but has no option for making the obnoxious beeping noise quieter or turned off. Only solution is taking it apart and removing the sound unit.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Works fine but has low quality features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave works fine but the features are low quality. The door is very hard to open and loud when you close it. I'm disappointed that you cannot turn sound off when the time is done.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Cheap product

The microwave came with the house built by DR Horton in 2017. It is now dead. Every time I try to start the microwave it trips the breaker. I have tested the wiring from the plug to the breaker and there is no problem. It is very disappointing that I can get only two years out of a microwave. The last microwave I had, which I should have brought with me when I moved, was going on 15 years. The only problem I had with that one is the handle broke off after 13 years of use. Since there are so many other comments that are the same it seems like there is a quality issue that needs to be addressed. Would not recommend this product.

Complete junk

Like everybody else has said, 2 years in and it's dead. The otr microwave came with the new house I bought and it stopped working. First, when pressing the start button it would trip the breaker. Now it just will not turn on. Is there anything else you guys (customer service) can do besides saying it has to be on it's on own dedicated outlet and to call the 1 800 number? At least a recommendation on how to fix it.

Faulty Microwave

This item as others have stated was installed by our builder after our home was built. It has also begun to trip our breaker, and doesn't work at all now. I have never had Frigidaire appliances and will never buy this brand again. It is only 3 years old!

No wonder it's discontinued

This product is trash. We've had it three years and it's done. Just months after we bought it, the Frigidaire logo rubbed off the front of the microwave. The next year, the door glass fell down inside the door. This year it started tripping the breaker every tenth time you shut the door. Last night it started tripping the breaker merely by existing. Reset the breaker, it would flip off immediately. So it's done. Worthless. I expect a Frigidaire product, especially for how much we paid, to last longer than 3 years. Reading the other comments, this seems to be a KNOWN issue and Frigidaire has done nothing in this time to alert people or make things right. Now, we have two sockets that are shorted out from this product (we unplugged and moved it to another outlet to verify it was the microwave, not our fuse box). We had planned to purchase all new Frigidaire appliances over time for our kitchen, but we'll be choosing another brand from now on.

Annoying Beeps

This is the most annoying microwave I have ever had. It beeps 3 LONG continuous beeps when the food is done and they won't stop after the door is open or if you push the button to stop.
