door opening and closing

door closing & opening very hard to do for elderly people. latch seems to break at any moment.

Good and Bad

The microwave works very well but has some annoying features. When it is finished cooking it lets out 3 very loud very long beeps and does not stop when you open the door. Also the fan will randomly turn on when cooking and there's no way to turn it off; usually lasts 10-15 minutes. Other than that, good product.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Overpriced

Bought 2 months ago. It is an ok microwave but overpriced. The timer will not work while microwave is in use. The handle is hard to open and noisy and hard to close.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
