Nice microwave

Works well and as advertised. Only drawback is the keypad became scratched when cleaning with paper towel??!! Other then that very happy with it.

Vent fan is loud but does not pull steam or smoke from frying out and the sound does not stop when door is opened. We have had it checked to make sure it was installed right.

This has to be the worst microwave ice ever owned.

This micro way is less than 3 years out. From day one, it has made an god awful noise from the turntable. And slowly over the last 18 months the touch keys have stopped working.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
