I bought this about a year ago and the door latches went haywire and I have to hold the door in a certain position for it to work. If the door is not taped close it runs constantly. I need help. 575=336-4187. David LaMure

Annoyingly loud and long beeps

I bought this microwave and installed it 3 months ago. While it performs satisfactorily, it has 3 loud and long beeps every time a cook cycle is complete. I could not discern how to adjust it, so I called customer service today. I was informed that the beeps cannot be adjusted, "probably because many older customers like the loud beeps." This seems absurd to me. This feature can be adjusted on their other models, and now I'm annoyed every single time I use their product. As a young owner of multiple properties (and likely many more in the future), I can say this leaves a bad taste in my mouth for Frigidaire products. I'll look elsewhere for my appliance purchases in the future.

Power Level Malfunction

We installed this microwave into our kitchen remodel 2 months ago. After using the Power Level option, the microwave now does not heat and makes a horrible noise, almost as if stuck in the mode that reduces the power. It was purchased as a set to match all of our other appliances. Feel let down by the products lack of quality.

I would suggest that you either unplug or turn the circuit breaker off to the unit for five to ten minutes. Let the appliance reset completely and try to use it as normal again. Keeps running

Just purchased and although intended cooking time is over, when closing door after removing food, microwave keeps running when door is closed.

So we got this microwave a year ago, it was working fine until we noticed a little mark on the mesh inside the oven door around 2 weeks ago and now that little mark on the mesh is causing a hole through the door?! We cant use this like that not sure what can be done:( it wont let me upload my photo or else I would of included a picture

CANNOT live with the annoying beeping problem

It does the job. Great. BUT the way it beeps once it's ready is incredibly annoying. And if I'm not able to get to it the moment it ends, it keeps beeping very loudly over and over. I've tried to get used to it over the past couple weeks we've had it, but I don't think it's going to happen. The thought of having to hear this noise every day for years is just depressing. Returning it as soon as I get a chance.

Doesn't last...

I bought this in Dec of 2011; it was left in the box until Oct 2012. Even after we hung it up we never really started using it until Nov 2014 because it was in our vacation home. Now it won't heat anything.. What a waste of money. If you want something that is going to last... don't buy this
