[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Two fan speeds but not really. Both loud. Obnoxious beeping never stops. Light over stove not very bright. Every time I open the door it seems unlevel. It cooks fine, considering I only use it to warm things.

Cooky, I regret to hear you are not happy with your microwave, but am pleased it is cooking fine. Smoke, steam and grease from your cook top will not naturally flow up in a straight stream but tends to wander. The venting needs to have sufficient CFM and adequate coverage over your range top to trap these fumes. The vents on your microwave have two speeds 170/300 CFM (this is how many cubic feet per minute of air). This typically on the low setting, is usually around 3 sones (at the sound level of a refrigerator running), up to the highest setting of about 7 sones (at the sound level of traffic noise). The filter can be a crucial culprit in creating fan noise. Have you cleaned the filters recently? Page 21 of the Owner’s Manual shows how to clean the filters, and change the light bulbs. Your microwave has two 30 watt appliance lightbulbs. Perhaps it is not as bright due to a bulb being blown? Your model microwave doesn’t have the option to adjust the audible alerts. You can check the installation of the microwave by using a carpenter’s level. You would need to contact a servicer to correct an out of level installation. I hope this has helped! Reliable & Cheap

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My wife and I bought this microwave 2 months ago. we were looking for something cheap, but that would do the work. This micro definitely does the work. In fact, sometimes it warms the food up so much, we need to give the plates a moment to cool down before touching them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We primarily just use the basic daily functions of a microwave, and this unit has worked great so far. The only change I'd make is to have the buzzer go off when opening the door, not after 3 beeps.
