I had this microwave for less than a year now and it burns that food at 1 minute frozen chicken wings comes out black, and its not even cooked, the inside still frozen. Fan stopped working, light bulb internal burned out. Stay away!!!!!!

this was installed in our new build home so we did not pick out. I do love the looks of the appliance, but the door is hard to open and close. the chime that announces when something is done does not shut off when you open the door. very annoying.

We have had our new microwave for a couple months now and are very pleased with our purchase for our new home. Was actually easy to install and fit perfect in between the cupboards above the stove.

Fan won't turn off

A year and a half old and now the fan won't turn off. We've unplugged it, let it sit for 30 minutes plugged back in and the fan still comes on. We're pretty upset about this, as we shouldn't have to buy a new microwave when the old one isn't old at all. Warrantee was only a year. Ugh.

I really like my Frigidaire microwave, it Let's you know when you meal is complete. You can do other chores, and you do not have to stand and watch your food

Definately a sound investment. Only thing of annoyance is opening the door does not stop the alert for compleation of cook time.
