Easy to use!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The microwave is working well. It has consistent heating and the system is easy to use. There is a loud three beep sound when items are done, which you can easily hear. Setting the time is also a breeze!
I would recommend this to a friend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Seems cheaply made. Two speed fan is really only one. I don't like that it beeps three times when finished cooking. The door shuts too loud. Wish I could return it but how do I do that after it's installed?

Pamz, I am dismayed to hear you are disappointed in your microwave purchase. I regret that your microwave is not one that has an adjustable alert (we are hoping to implement a change for future models). It is very important that the door closes well, it may ease as time goes by. Your microwave has 2 exhaust fan speeds, 170/300 CFM (Cubic Feet per Minute of air). Please ensure you have a positive air flow when exhausting smoke and odors (opening a window that is close by). If you are still not experiencing a difference of air movement between the two, it may need to be looked at. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased this microwave about 1 year ago during a kitchen update. It works well, however, the self venting emits the exhaust directly up against my new cabinets. I have looked into having the vent piped to the outside and the price is out of sight. In order for the self venting to work properly a very shallow cupboard would have to be above the unit. I am saving to have the outside venting installed. This one issue is the bug of a very expensive re-do.
