Easy to replace the old one

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First, the instruction should have said to remove the bottom metal piece in the back because we were trying to figure out why the hooks were not going in to the inserts. The microwave itself works fine, but it can be annoying when it reminds you that you have not opened the door after heating.

I understand your concern regarding the alert after the heating cycle is complete, however, when recipes require leaving items in the microwave to finish steaming or cooking after the heating cycle has completed, the additional beeping will remind you and provide you with a gauge of time as to how long the item has been left inside. ~ Brandi

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had this for a couple of months and have had my whole kitchen redone. Love the look of this but it is hard to keep clean. I bought a stove a few years back that matches and wish I would've not bought the stainless steel because they are very hard to keep clean! Also, the lights on this microwave quite dim. I miss my old lights.

Hi Chris! I know that keeping stainless steel clean may be a little hard, but using a stainless steel cleaner will help make cleaning a lot easier for you. Although the lights may be a little dimmer than what you’re used to. It does have some great features, such as the control lock, which locks the control panel for child safety.
