Should have upgraded!

Hey Shari56, I am sorry that your microwave has been frustrating for you! This model doesn’t have the adjustable audible alerts option like some of our others do, so there is no way to adjust the volume of the beeps. You stated it is loud when it runs. Pretty standard range, annoying beep

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought a house and it came with this model microwave. It's good, not a lot of dumb settings no one uses. It's very annoying that the beep that tells you it's done keeps beeping for a good 10 seconds after I open the door. The only way to make it stop is pushing clear. Fix that or shorten the beeps or duration.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] bought this about1.5 months ago. Works well, and looks very good, could do with out all the buzzers after cookig ( will buzz when done then after about a min.. if you don't open door or cancel will start buzzing again)

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am sorry to write this but the door was very hard to open. It was replaced with another door but the handle is black and the reason I got the first one was because the handles matched my other appliances. The door is still hard to open compared to what I tried at the stores. I have arthritis in my hands and shoulders and it is hard to open the door. Also the beeping does not stop when the door is opened.
I am really not happy with this microwave.
