Not enough options

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This oven does not have instant options, i.e. melt chocolate, melt butter, frozen vegetable, etc. All it has is potato, popcorn, defrost and reheat. Also, defrost is way too high, ends up cooking instead of defrosting.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this microwave about 2 months ago. I would have given 5 stars and except the beep when it's done is too loud and it beeps 3 times even if you open it.
