Good Microwave but Some Annoying Features

I really don't like that you can't turn the sound off as it is very loud when it is finished. We use it to heat things up but with the level of loudness, we won't be doing it as much as we normally would. It really bothers my grandson who has sensory issues with loud noises. The door is hard to open and close and it's like you have to slam it. It is a nice size but the inability to turn the sound off is really a feature that should be added.
