[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We chose this microwave for our new home. The only reason it didn't get 5 stars is because you can't turn off the turntable. My fault - I figured with something this new and basic the option to turn off and on the turntable would be a standard feature. I was wrong. If that is important, don't get this model. Do your research prior to purchase.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Used the oven for about a week and a half before it crashed and had to wsit two weeks before it was back in service. All work was under warranty but having to dral with appliance failure so soon was disappointing.
We hate the condtant alarming afteryour heating time is up aftrr you open the door.

Great appliance! Venting issues.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This appliance came with a new home. It operates perfectly fine. Does a wonderful job. We have had no cooking issues at all. However, the complaint I have is about our kitchen ventilation... the exhaust doesn't seem to be as powerful as necessary for the way our kitchen appliances are set up. I'm not positive it is a problem with this specific appliance- it may actually be the way the set up the entire exhaust system within the kitchen itself. The ventilation is the only reason I gave it a 4 vs a 5.
