[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Frigidaire came with our newly build house. I first I wasn't to happy about receive Frigidaire products; as for my mother said they were bad. However, having Frigidaire appliances for the past 2 months, I can't really complain. The popcorn preset is perfect. Amazing, is all I can say!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Works great, looks very sleek and it's such an upgrade from my old microwave but i absolutely hate the continuous beeping that continues until you manually turn it off following the completion of heating up food.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Looks nice, missing features

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the way this microwave works, but it's missing some features (options for melting, defrosting, etc). Is there any way to change the long, loud, repeated beeping to signal the food is ready?
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Goodness! I am sorry to hear of your frustration with the audible alerts (beeps) from your microwave, puravidamama. I regret to apprise you that your particular model doesn’t have the option to turn off or adjust the audible alerts. However, I am glad to inform you that page 13 in your Owner’s Manual has the instructions for defrosting by either weight or time. Page 14 has defrosting tips based on type of food being defrosted, and page 16 has power level suggestions for everything from softening ice cream to boiling water. I hope this helped!
