What's great about it: The Handle
What's not so great: No Lotion Dispenser
This product is fairly effective if used consistently. I'm a personal trainer in San Francisco who gave up working out because of the Shake Weight. I've been able to work out in ways I could have never imagined with this product. I use it about 7-10 minutes every evening in a candle lit room. This product is great! My only recommendation would be a lotion dispenser built into the product to soothe my burning muscles after an intense workout.
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: The motion
What's not so great: NOTHING!
I bought this about 3 months ago as a joke, however I have been surprised at the results. After doing power-lifting for about 2 years I lacked the definition I needed. In just 2 months using this 7 minutes a day for 5 days a week, I have lost 79 pounds and really toned up, plus my cardio is outstanding. Thank you shake weight!
I would recommend this to a friend!

What's great about it: Easy to use, only takes 7 min. a day.
What's not so great: N/A
The Shake Weight for Men is awesome! I use it everyday and drink some whey protein afterwards, and it has given my muscles some serious definition. It uses Dynamic Inertia, and you can truly feel it working in a matter of seconds!
I would recommend this to a friend!

I shed 78 pounds in 2 weeks with the shake weight. I would suggest this product to all men looking to get in perfect condition for their ladys, wives, or guys. We don't judge here at bestbuy.com.
