I ordered the ink cartridge and paid for 3–5-day delivery. It took over three weeks to arrive. I printed less than 100 pages (not full), and the cartridge is now empty.

I would like to apologize for the late delivery and the ink page yield. Both outcomes are not ideal for our customers. For delivery, the best way to avoid long wait times is to join the great HP Instant Ink program. This program removes the hassle of ordering ink. See www.hp.com/us-en/shop/cv/instantink/ for further details. Page monitoring is an additional strategy that works well. Print preview is an excellent tool for this task.
