[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] After buy replacement ink cartridges at a local big box store and being disappointed as most of the time one of the cartridges wouldn't work and not getting a refund because it had been opened, it is nice to be able to get the workable product you need. This has been the fourth time I have ordered ink with no problem. The first time I ordered, the tri color didn't work, I called them and they overnighted a new one. Great service!!!!!! Great product!!!!!
