Am having trouble with unit. It is making a grinding sound intermittently after copying and/or printing. I called HP support and reported this yesterday (4/18/13). We could not get it to do it while on phone with support - I have a svc number which I will use when this problem occurs again. Sounds like hardware failure and I do not want to keep this unit if this is the problem. I should get a replacement unit and I can send this back. I received it on 4/11/13.

I purchased the 6520 All-In-One Printer for the features that were listed and the Printer meets or exceeds ALL My expectations and NEEDS! BEST on the Market, considering the over all price, features and supplies!!!

My 6520 was a step-up from the 5514 printer...photo quality was about the same, but the touchscreen features were very helpful.
Cost of this printer from the old one was just a few dollars more...$20
Printhead longevity, must be addressed by HP...cannot remove and clean at user end, and steps were taken to clean the exposed areas, to no avail.
