Easy to use

I was hoping for a follow up call to see if I had any questions regarding the use of the printer. I do have so I will get in touch with tech support. Aside from that I really like the printer.

Best printer I've owned!

This print is incredibly clear. I love the touch screen. Very intuitive to use. Paper loads easily. The Scanner is great. The ink is also easy to replace. Pictures and photo feature plus Photo Creations are a "must-have" for friends to share.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love it!! It was so easy to install and is working great. One thing, I wish it was easier to load paper but it may be something I will get used to.

On the whole installation moved quite smoothly with only 1 problem finding the button to turn the computer on!! Thus far it is working well although a little noisy when scanning and printing.The quality of prints and photos is good as are downloaded items and reports from my computer. I think most people would find this printer would meet all their needs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I needed a compact printer for a small space and this was the right fit. As I do not have Wi-Fi, I used the USB cable from the HP printer I was replacing. Set-up was relatively smooth. Test photo looks good. Paper tray is a little odd as it seems it can't be removed but everything works as I need it to with my Win 7 desktop. Ink is expensive but that's true with all printers.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Printer does what I need

I was looking for a printer that would Print, Scan and Copy. Other than that, I did not need. The Photosmart 6520 fit the criteria. I am happy so far with the printer although after just 3 weeks, I needed more black ink! I checked out stores, other web sites, and PC magazines for ratings and feedback on printers, My previous printer was an HP and I had it for 14 years, I am looking for that kind of performance with the new one. I run a Client Consulting business from home so I need reliability.

Disappointing performance

Delivered quickly in perfect shape. Installation simple and quick. Performance? Not so hot.
Necessary to print 'Best' to insure all text complete and legible. Set up cartridges still in use -- hoping for better results when they are replaced. Color performance so-so.
