Nice when it prints!

When I received this printer, it would not print hardly at all. Got a hold of an HP technician and was told to buy new cartridges. I did this and it printed fine for a day or so. Then I tried to print a PDF file and the black portion did not print very good at all. Then when printing in regular format, it seem to be doing alright. I guess time will tell, but you never seem to really know how your print will come out, plus what a waste of ink at the start.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I think this could be a very good printer however when I received it there was very limited instructions included in the box it came in. I tried to print some pictures using the tray for the smaller pictures on top of the regular page size and could not get it to work. Without some kind of instruction manual I have not been able to figure it out. I did print the picture on a full sized sheet then cut it out .The picture I printed tuned out very nice however it was a waste of photo paper and I do not want to waste paper every time I want to print a smaller photo. Over all I think it will be a good printer if I can figure out everything about it. The only other thing that is kind of annoying is the noise it make when it powers up to start printing it really grinds and sounds like it is on its last legs.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So far have only used the printer a few times and have found it to work very well. Had no trouble with the wireless set up and got it working in a short time. Am a bit disappointed in the color prints however as it didn't appear as vibrant as I had observed from my previous HP. Not sure if it's due to wireless connection or what but the print color was disappointing initially.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Seems to work as advertised. Color prints surprisingly good. Set up of wireless printing went well. Printed successfully from desktop and ipad. Instruction a little vague, a problem for beginners. The eprint logo not on printer screen. Construction rather light, hope not a problem to longevity.
I would recommend this to a friend!

So simple to set up wirelessly. Runs quickly and quietly. GREAT Photo prints and regular printing.
Sent a picture from my phone and it printed great with no hassels. I still haven't played with the control panel, just so much to learn. In that respect I would like a quick start manual that helped with all the features.

My printer died after 2.5 hours of use and I returned it for a full refund.

Easy to set up

It was so easy to set up. Not very good at computers. Could never get my Dell printer to work on wifi. I had no problems setting it up. It was so easy. So far so good.

This printer is easy to set up and when you get it to print, quality is great. The problem is Windows 8. I have two old printers that will not work with Windows 8 so I bought this one to be able to print with my new hp computer. I have gotten it to print but the process is complicated and time consuming. When you are on a page even if the print option is there, nothing happens when you tap print. No print with control p either. It seems the only way to get anything printed is to create a file and put it in a folder. This seems a lot of trouble when you just want to print an email or other photo or document from the page you are on. I will be spending time with hp as soon as I have the time to contact their service dept. there are no instructions to solve problems like this and the troubleshooting solutions do not cover "how to get the pint command" and then make it work!
