copys have white lines

printed about 20 sheets of photo's of a wedding then noticed white lines going across the pictures at different locations. installed a new set of HP ink and it does the same thing.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I was able to set this up without any help. I usually need my college age son to do these things. I just followed the easy steps and I was able to print and copy and scan. Excellent price!

Very Good Photo Printer!

Easy to set up either as a wireless or USB connected printer. Uses standard HP inks so was able to transfer old cartridges from former HP printer to this one. I had the other HP printer for a little over 3 years and wore it out. This printer provides flawless color and b&w photos, quickly and perfectly. Doesn't include things I don't need such as built in FAX capabilities but has a copier/scanner. Everything on this printer works as advertised and I am very pleased with it. I recommend to anyone needing a top quality photo-printer.

I like this HP printer much better than my previous one, which was loud and the carriage often moved on its own. Setup instructions were good, but I found difficulty in setting up for wireless printer use and how to ensure the printer could access the internet, as the instructions were not sufficiently clear, at least to me.
There are many very nice features for the price.

Find the paper tray to be cumbersome and different. Paper floats from front to rear with no stops like any other HP printer I have had.( C5100 photosmart last one). This is true for both paper and photo trays. Additionally, the set up cartridges were of little use. First day after printing test pages the black stopped working and opening the vent hole with a pin let me do 3 pages. One of the other colors quit after 3 greeting cards so I just replaced them all with XL's. The printing is very good however and colors are bright and sharp. I am sure that I will really like this printer when and if I can get over the paper tray. I have only had this printer since 12-20-2013.

I bought this printer because I needed a printer that would print my photos with quality. This is the one I needed. It has great quality and is very fast, compared to my old HP printer.

This HP Photosmart 6520 e-All-in-One Printer goes through ink like some people go through water. Scanning feature is limited. Would NOT purchase again.

I used an USB port to hook up. I was a little startled to see the first photo...it wasn't very good. But, once I replaced the yellow starter ink, the photos were GREAT! Photos are the main reason for buying this printer but regular printing works great too. I really like the fact that I no longer need to purchase 2 different blacks (photo black and regular black). This printer only uses one black - great improvment over my last HP printer.
