I love this printer. I had slight trouble unpacking it and did not understand how to put the trays together, but I finally figured it out. I have not run into any problems using it as of yet. So far, it's working great!! I would definitely recommend it to others

Love the printer, but...

While the printer makes good prints and copies: This is clearly designed for a savvy wireless user, and also is adequate for an old-timer. The unit's info says it can FAX, but since it does not connect to the phone, nor is there a phone cord receiver on the printer, the FAX they are referring to requires an Esomething subscription. I will not subscribe to something else. And I wonder how one would receive a FAX if the sender did not subscribe to same service? Deceptive. Of course there is no paper instruction manual!

mst features seem just fine, but it is noisy. Especially as it does shut itself off after 5 minutes after use and starting up again is noisy and of course somewhat slow

I had a very nice HP printer which this one replaced mainly because I needed to reduce the physical size of my printer. This 6520 printer does everything my 'old one' did and as a benefit is more compact. It doesn't take up as much space as the old model. I think I'm going to like this one very much. I would definately recommend this model to my friends.

Easiest printer to use with IPAD

I wanted a printer that would work with my desktop, laptop, and IPAD. I tried various printers and add on programs that were too cumbersome and erratic. This printer set up wirelessly in 5 minutes. I printed from my IPAD from the print button. I didn't have to use an app, didn't have to install a 3rd party software on my desktop, and didn't have to endure frustration.
I just wanted a printer to print. I fax infrequently but it is there when I need it. Copying is intuitive as well so that makes it all easy.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I really like how my wireless printer works and the features. I love the way you don't have to get up every time you want to print and plug the cable in. But it does have one glitch. If it is the first time to print for the day, it usually won't print until you shut it off then back on, because it is not finding the wireless connection, even if the screen says that it is connected.
Maybe I should try the wireless direct.
But I like it and would buy one again.
