Does not last!!!

I bought the epilator at Amazon. Very happy with it when it works. The problem is it doesn't for long. In less then 5 months the spinning part stopped working. I brought it to repair and they replaced my epilator with brand new one. This one lasted about 4 months. Same story again, still under 1 year warranty I had the second one replaced with the new one. What you know, 3rd time around - the same problem, light is on, the motor makes noise, but epilator doesn't spin. Now I went through 3 of them in less then 15 months, out of warranty and stuck with defective epilators. The entire 7 thousands series seem to be lemons. I still have the old epilator from Brauns that I bought 8 years ago and that one still works. Stay away, don't waste your money.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Handy little product

When I first received this item,free from the maker, Braun, I was a bit hesitant, having only seen others use an epilator before, so of course, I used my boyfriend as a crash test dummy. It smoothly and cleanly removed the hair that we tried it on. Then, it was time for me to try it, and it was simple with minimal pain and effort. All in all, I like it and will continue to use it and recommend it. A great experience from a great brand.

First epilator and absolutely love it! A bit painful at first but thats a given with epilation. Now im actually finding myself missing the pinching sensation after a few days as crazy as that sounds lol. Did my underarms the night it came in the mail so I have hard time understanding the women who are unable to take the "pain" especially the ones claiming they have given birth but this is too difficult. GREAT results and the epilator itself is ammmmazing quality. Awesome attachments, looking forward to trying them out. Ideally would love for this model to be corded since I only use it dry, but for now have no complains about the length of charge.

Very good product! Painful, but that is expected with an epilator! I find the product worked best after a shower. The product description indicates that it can remove hair as tiny as a grain of sand, but I don't believe that I have found that to be true. I had to continuously run it over the same area with a few stray hairs but nothing is perfect! If you are looking for a good alternative to waxing, I highly recommend. It is mess free, simple and convenient. I received this product through bzzagent.com for free, and I would recommend investing in such a product !

I was so excited to try this product because I do not like shaving my legs every few days. When I got ready to use it the first time, I didn't know what to expect and it definitely is an uncomfortable feeling for the first few passes. Your legs get used to it and the results are great. I haven't had to shave in a week. I especially liked the different attachments that made it easier to shave different areas like your bikini area. I would recommend this product to anyone who understand beauty requires a bit of pain!

When I got my epilator in the mail I was excited and nervous at the same time. The packaging was very nice and inside came 5 different caps for epilating various parts of your body, a carrying pouch, pre-epilation wipes, and plug-in charger. It's been long time since I've used an epilator so I became nervous about the pain I was about experience, but to my surprise It wasn't painful AT ALL. The using the massaging epilator head under warm running water it didn't even feel as if I were ripping the hairs from my legs and underarms LOL. My only gripe about this product is I wish it came with more than 40 tweezers that way I wouldn't have to go over the same spot more than twice

I was introduced to the epilator over a year ago. I purchased two cheap models; one for my face, one for other parts of my body. When I received notification that I was going to have the chance to test this product
I was elated! Now the reason I give it four stars is because you have to pass it more than once to get the fine hairs removed. Other than that I LOVE this product.

Great features, love how fast and painless it is to remove hair.
It has a great variety in the interchangeable heads that let you epilate and trim so you can use this anywhere.
The battery is good, hardly ever have to recharge it and you can use it in the shower.
Great value and definitely recommend this product!
