Love my Big Easy

This is my second Big Easy. Ever since I can remember, I have cooked my turkeys in it. Comes out fantastic and no messy, hot oil to deal with. Only reason I got a second cooker is that the regulator went bad and it cost almost the same to get a new cooker rather than get a regulator and have to install it.
I would recommend this to a friend!

Bought mine to cook a turkey for Christmas. Practiced with cooking pork ribs first but over cooked them. Then cooked a whole chicken that was delicious. Cooked the turkey next that turned out to be juicy and delicious. Ray to clean too!

I bought this item as a Christmas gift for my daughter and her family. They cooked a turkey in it during a New Year's desert trip. They shared their leftovers with other campers who will be purchasing The Big Easy for future trips. They all loved it. Best gift ever.

The big easy is GREAT! Bought it for a turkey. First try was flawless. Crisp skin and juicy meat. Then I did a fresh picnic. Delicious. Then I did some baby bac ribs. Entire family said they were the best they had ever had. (Of course the rub and sauce I found online helped that) So easy to use. You will not regret it. And try other things besides a turkey so that you don't just have a 1 trick pony.

Fell in love with it from day one. We have made some awesome meals with it. From prime rib , to ham , and of course turkey or chicken. Absolute best for bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers.

We have cooked 3 12 pound turkeys in our cooker to date and they have all come out perfect. It is very important that you follow the directions provided to the letter and Chickens, turkeys, and ribs that we have cooked have all come out perfect, i.e., juicy, cooked through and golden brown on the outside. Clean up is a breeze. We hose out the inside of the fryer and my wife brushes down the racks and trays in the kitchen sink. We pre spray the trays and racks with Pam. 5 minutes of work at the most.

The Big Easy Oil-less Turkey Fryer is a great way to prepare turkeys, chicken, beef, pork, wild game...you name it. Take your favorite outside and provide a little relief for the kitchen crew!
