When I found out about the Big Easy, I about flipped. A oil less deep frying, that was my biggest compliant was the messy oil. So, I used my sister and brother-in-law as my guinea pigs and bought them one for Christmas and we used it right then. My brother-law is a hunter and had plenty of game on hand. We cooked up some pork rump or butt, I forget the cut. We seasoned them babies up with some Cajun and those were some of best pork oh man. I had to go get myself a Big Easy, been cooking up chickens, ribs, hens, duck everything is awesome. Go get yourself a Big Easy and no more oil to clean or mess with.

We have owned this for over a year and we love it. I have also bought both my son one. We all use them often. We cook pork. . beef, and of course chicken and turkey. Every thing comes out juicy and tender. I like the fact that the meat is cooked 360 around and the meat is evenly cooked. Also there is not much clean up and the kitchen stays cool. What more could you ask for?

I bought the Big Easy infrared turkey fryer for Thanksgiving 2013. I did a comparison with two turkeys, one with the oil fryer and one infrared. Results were almost identical except without all the oil saturating the turkey. I ended up buying all the accessories to cook other meats. Kabobs, whole chickens, chicken drum sticks (salt and pepper only), spare ribs, baby back ribs, corned beef, pork roast, pork loins (boneless), and beef roast. Results are excellent with a crispy outside and juicy inside. Only thing I cook on the gas or charcoal grill now are steaks. Definitely got my moneys worth on this grill. Love it and I am still experimenting. Cook and Enjoy!!!

When I remodeled my kitchen I had to have the nice high BTU Viking stainless steel stove. THEN came the holidays and once I put the turkey in the oven I had no room for any side dishes, so cooking that first holiday dinner was a nightmare. I saw the oil free turkey cooker in the store and new right away this was my salvation. We purchased it 2 days before Thanksgiving and just took a shot that it would work out. WOW, was everyone impressed, first of all it cooked it in a fraction of the normal cooking time, it was crispy on the outside and so juicy on the inside. And it has a fabulous drip pan with disposable liners that made the best gravy I have ever made. Clean up is practically nothing. Since that holiday I now use it in the summer (keeps my kitchen cool) I have the rack where you can cook 2 chickens at one time. A very versatile product and it delivers exactly what it promises- even easy cooking and easy clean up.

I bougth this item last year for Thanksgiving. After trying the fryer with a whole chicken, which was excellent in flavor and juices, we planned to have two (2) turkeys available for a Thanksgiving party. We did one in my Oil-less fryer and another one in a regular kitchen oven. My turkey took less time to cook, and kept more juices than the regular oven turkey. Not to mention that the flavor was excellent. Easy to use and easy to clean.
Our next goal, to cook a Turducken... (^_^)

We love it. It is Totally Awesome. We use it for just about everything. I am surprised that it is not advertised more, especially during the Holiday Season. The cooking channel still shows how to use the deep fryer with oil. With this fryer the chance of getting burned is slim. My husband has some gloves that he uses to reach in and get the turkey basket. No burning. We bought one for my brother-in-law and he too uses it frequently.

I have cooked two turkeys with this product and will never go back to a traditional turkey fryer. I gave the TRU-infrared cooking system its first run through, one month before Thanksgiving. The first bird was 14 pounds and was prepared without dry rub or injection. The temperature outside was 60 degrees. The cook time was on the low end at 10 minutes a pound, using the cover (as directed) at the end of the cook time. The result was a perfectly browned bird with a moist texture to the meat. My 2nd bird was 15 pounds and was injected (basic creole butter recipe, without dry rub) the night before cooking. The temperature outside was 20 degrees (and snowing). The cook time was on the high end at 15 minutes a pound, using the cover (as directed) during the entire cook time. The result was a perfectly browned bird with a juicy texture to the meat. My wife and I have hosted Thanksgiving for over a decade and average 30+ guests. She brines and roasts a bird in the oven and I fry one outside. At the end of the day, my bird was devoured and we had plenty of left overs from hers.
